This Creator & Acceptable Use Policy explains what creators, community managers, businesses, and sellers may and may not do when using UseLink.
This Policy forms part of the UseLink Terms of Service. By creating a UseLink account, creating a subscription link, connecting a community, receiving payments, or receiving payouts, you agree to follow this Policy.
UseLink may suspend, restrict, remove, hold payouts, or terminate any account, link, transaction, or community that violates this Policy or creates legal, payment, fraud, security, refund, chargeback, or reputational risk.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to:
- Creators
- Community managers
- Businesses
- Admins
- Agents or representatives acting for a creator
- Anyone creating, managing, promoting, or receiving money through a UseLink subscription link
Creators are responsible for their own communities, offers, subscribers, content, refunds, disputes, taxes, and legal compliance.
2. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must use UseLink honestly, lawfully, and transparently.
As a creator, you agree to:
- Accurately describe what subscribers are paying for.
- State the subscription price clearly.

- Respond to subscriber complaints, refund requests, and dispute requests quickly.
- Provide evidence where UseLink requests proof of access, delivery, or legitimacy.
- Comply with all applicable laws, payment partner rules, platform rules, and UseLink policies.
Creators must not use UseLink in a way that exposes subscribers, UseLink, payment partners, banks, card schemes, regulators, or the public to harm or loss.

UseLink may require creators to complete identity, business, bank, or risk verification before or after using the platform.
We may request:

4. Accurate Offers and Checkout Pages
Creators must ensure that every subscription link clearly explains what the subscriber is buying.

Creators should clearly state:
- Name of the community or offer
- Price
- Access duration
- What the subscriber receives
- Whether access is instant or manual
- Renewal or expiry terms
- Important rules or limitations
- Refund terms, where applicable
Creators must not trick subscribers into paying for something materially different from what is delivered.

If automatic access is enabled, creators must ensure:
- The correct community is connected.
- The invite link is valid.
- The UseLink bot or integration is added properly.
- The bot has the required admin permissions.
- Expired members can be removed where automatic removal is enabled.
If access is manual, creators must grant access promptly after successful payment.
A creator may be held responsible for refunds, chargebacks, complaints, or payout deductions where subscribers paid but did not receive access.
6. Payouts, Holds, and Reserves
Creator payouts are subject to successful settlement, KYC completion, fraud checks, refund risk, chargeback risk, payment partner rules, banking rules, regulatory requirements, and UseLink’s risk review.
UseLink may delay, hold, reverse, deduct, or restrict payouts where:
- KYC is incomplete.
- The transaction is under review.
- A subscriber complains.
- A refund request is pending.

- Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
- UseLink or a payment partner requires a reserve.
- A bank, payment partner, regulator, card scheme, or law enforcement authority requires it.
- The creator violates this Policy or the Terms of Service.
Creators should not treat pending balances as final until settlement, fraud review, refund exposure, chargeback exposure, and payout review are complete.
