A. Information from subscribers and customers
When you subscribe to a creator’s community, make payment, or interact with a UseLink checkout page, we may collect:

- Social platform identifier, including Telegram ID, WhatsApp number, username, or similar account identifier
- Payment reference and transaction details
- Subscription status, expiry date, and access history
- Community or creator you subscribed to
- Location data, including IP-based location, for analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement
- Device and browser information
- Support messages or complaints you send to us
B. Information from creators
When you create an account, create a paid community link, receive payouts, or use UseLink as a creator, we may collect:
- Full name or business name

- Phone number
- Telegram, WhatsApp, or other social platform ID
- Bank account details for payouts
- Identification documents for KYC and compliance
- Business information
- Community details
- Transaction and payout records

We do not give creators unnecessary payment, card, device, or sensitive compliance information unless required for a valid legal, security, or dispute-related reason.
5. Creator Bank Information and KYC Data
Creators may be required to provide bank account details and identification documents before receiving payouts or accessing certain UseLink features.
We use this information to:
- Verify creator identity
- Process payouts
- Prevent fraud
- Meet legal, regulatory, payment, and banking requirements
- Handle disputes, refunds, or chargebacks

Payments on UseLink may be processed through licensed payment providers such as Kora.
We do not intentionally store card CVV information. Payment providers may process card, bank, transfer, and transaction data according to their own legal, security, and compliance obligations.
Where required, transaction data may be used for fraud checks, chargebacks, refunds, compliance, regulatory reporting, and dispute resolution.
12. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Nigeria or outside your country of residence.
Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place.
